The badge was made by Thomas Fattorini at Regent Street, Birmingham. The company was founded in 1827 by Antonio Fattorini. By appointment to Her Majesty the Queen; Thomas Fattorini Ltd Birmingham hold the royal charter for insignia, Honours and Awards
